Natali Hopkins is a textile and glass artist based in Echo Park, CA.
Natali grew up in Orange County, CA as the daughter of an architect and crafty scout leader/nature center interpreter/classroom mom. She loves LA kitsch and culture, and California nature and landscapes with all of her cells. She practices daily in embroidery and stained glass, and sometimes sugar. She lives in Echo Park with her partner and two cats, Eazy and Bill.
Natali is also a producer specializing in educational and non-fiction content.
Natali has worked over thirteen years in television as a Production Manager on non-fiction shows for Fox, NatGeo, Bravo, GSN, MTV, Logo and the CW. In 2016 she began producing digital projects for Machinima and OMGFacts/Dose Media. She was nominated for a Webby in 2017 for her project “LeBron: The Musical” and won a 2018 Mary Austin Award for her film “InstaDesert" at the Idyllwild Film Festival. She currently works in collaboration with universities to create their video content for graduate programs.
